Scope:We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with NYC buildings experience for a high profile project in Queens, NY.
Requirements for this position:
Library experience is a plus
ADA experience is a plus
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Architecture a plus
Must have NYCbuildings experience specificallyinterior renovations experience
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Full knowledge of computer programs
Must have experience running large scale interior renovations jobs
Must have the ability to work on Long Island (Mineola) and Queens (11109)
OSHA 30
JOB LOCATION: This position will commence in Mineola, NY at our corporate office and then move on-site to the Library Field Office-Queens, NY 11109.

Pay Rate: $50.00-$70.00 Hourly Salary (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.)
