Project Manager - Custom Residential/High End Residential

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our booming team!

What You Will Be Doing

As a Residential Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction process, from planning to execution. You will oversee all aspects of the project including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and customer satisfaction. You will also provide project status updates to various stakeholders.

What You Need for this Position

At least 5+ years of experience:

• Project Management
• Residential Background
• Single Family Luxury or High End Multi-Family Projects
• Construction
• General Contracting
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
