Project Manager (Engineering and Construction)

What will this role do?

• This role is the single point of contact for our clients from start to finish of each project
• Ensure projects are delivered with the highest quality of service and communication
• Own the project budget, schedule, procurement, subcontracts, quality, and risk
• Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, drafting, procurement, and logistics) to ensure every project is delivered on time
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Review and understand contracts, sub-contracts, project plans, specifications, and applicable codes required for each project
• Oversee the procurement schedule for each project’s major material purchases to maintain timely buyouts and overall fulfillment with the project schedule
• Facilitate drawings, submittals, design changes, financial documentation, and all other project documents/drawings both internally and externally
• Maintain accurate job costing by tracking, reviewing, and processing invoice requests, change requests, and change orders
• Maintain project logs in Salesforce
• Manage project close-out, including securing warranties, guarantees, acceptance of work, subcontractor and vendor closeout, final payment, and records retention.
