Location: BEP, District Currency Facility (DCF) , Washington, DC. 20228 (Onsite) & BEP, Western Currency Facility (WCF), Fort Worth, TX 76131 (Once in a while)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Summary

Need a Project Manager with training in human resources management and five (5) or more years' experience in human resources management in a private or public entity. The project manager must have

demonstrated previous experience in conducting personnel recruitment. The provider shall determine the appropriate staffing level and qualifications of support staff below the project manager if applicable.

Roles And Responsibilities

Provide recruitment services of Senior Executives, Managers Supervisors and Non-Supervisor that include work directly related to the management or general business operations for various program offices to include provided criteria necessary for recruitment required within BEP.

• Developing a comprehensive recruitment plan for obtaining highly qualified applicants;
• Placing effective advertisements in appropriate venues to ensure that qualified candidates are notified of the openings;
• Taking actions resulting in highly qualified applicants applying for available positions through OPMs USAJOBS website.
• Although headhunter services can encompass more in-depth services, the above limited duties are the only
• requirements of this acquisition effort.
