This department of the state is taking on a large project to implement a new ERP solution. They need to hire a QA Test Manager that will plan, lead, and execute tests, as well as hire and oversee a team of QA testers that will contribute to the project.
Previous leadership and management experience is needed for this position. This is an initial 6 month contract that can be extended up to 2 years. You will be required to go onsite 4 days per month in Boston. Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree
Experience managing software testing activities and overseeing a team
Experience performing all phases of testing (regression, unit, performance, UAT, system, and accessibility testing)
Automation testing experience
Knowledge of Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile development
SQL experience
ERP experience
