Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific has awarded Dragados JV a $2.8 billion task order – under an $8 billion indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), multiple-award construction contract awarded in November 2021 to Dragados JV to replace a dry dock at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility at Joint Base Pearl Harbor.
Quality Administrator
Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, the Quality Administrator will act as a representative of Quality throughout the project and be responsible for contributing to the ongoing development and delivery of the project’s Quality Control Plan through participation in a variety of Quality initiatives.
Responsibilities
Providing on-going Quality onboarding support aimed to the implementation of the Quality Control Plan, procedures, and processes by project personnel
Preparation of quality regular monthly reports and quality daily reports summaries for the Quality Control Manager
Assist the Quality Control Manager in the maintenance of the Quality Control Plan
Ensure that all Quality records associated with the implementation of the Quality Control Plan are kept organized and appropriate location within Aconex or Sharepoint
Track status of all inspections and tests to inform the Quality Control Manager and ensure that all non-conforming product, activity or procedure is recorded in the Non-Conformity Report (NCR) and in the NCRs register
