Job Description: Exciting opportunity to lend your support to the Clinical Development and Translational Medicines teams to work with clinical trials and high-dimensional data (such as omics data) and different data structures generated from various bioassays/technologies. Assist with collection of data in public-domain databases for meta-analysis. Ideal programmer/data engineer to be experienced with the following:
Excellent programming skills across multiple languages to include SAS, Python and R, MATLAB.
Demonstrated experience with Linux, GitHub/GitLab, Jupyter Notebook, cloud-based parallel computing environment is required.
Capability and prior proven experience processing high-dimensional biological datasets (such as omics data)
Prior experience building an automatic pipeline to retrieve the biological data from public databases.
Good knowledge in basic molecular biology is a plus.
Must have pharmaceutical industry experience
