A Midtown based private equity firm is looking for a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
Greet visitors to the firm
Answer & direct phone calls
Distribute mail
Act as liaison with facilities, security and maintenance
Ad hoc administrative/operations projects
This role is in-office Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. This role is temporary to potential hire, with a start date of mid-July 2024.
