The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present top talent for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements.
Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement: Lead meetings with key stakeholders to define position priorities and develop comprehensive candidate profiles
Marketing and Outreach: Create recruitment brochures, marketing materials, and outreach plans to attract high-caliber candidates to public sector executive roles
Candidate Sourcing: Implement strategic recruitment strategies to engage passive and active candidates through direct outreach and networking
Timeline Management: Develop and manage recruitment timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and milestones
Candidate Evaluation: Review and screen resumes to identify candidates aligning with specified criteria and ideal candidate profiles
Interview Coordination: Conduct preliminary interviews and assist in coordinating interview panels, ensuring alignment with hiring criteria and organizational needs
Selection Support: Assist in developing interview questions and selection criteria tailored to public sector requirements
Negotiation and Onboarding: Facilitate job offer negotiations and support onboarding processes for selected candidates
Requirements:
Proven experience in executive recruitment, specifically within the public sector or municipalities
Demonstrated success in filling executive-level positions and navigating complex recruitment challenges
Strong understanding of public sector recruitment practices, compliance requirements, and hiring protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
