Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to EVP, including calendar management and scheduling.
Assist in outreach to potential candidates and manage complex scheduling for interviews and meetings, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Review job postings and identify potential candidates meeting client requirements.
Draft candidate bios and profiles for client presentations.
Screen resumes and match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
Conduct virtual meetings with new candidates.
Perform reference checks for candidates.
Ensure completion of all necessary candidate paperwork.
Assess candidate suitability based on job descriptions and qualifications.
Learn to utilize LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
Attend client calls to gain exposure to client management processes.
