The Corporate Recruiting Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Recruiting Manager to lead our Charlotte Recruiting team. In this role, you will monitor daily metrics and KPIs, provide live call coaching, and train on best practices. You will facilitate the relationship between our Recruiters and Hiring Directors to ensure a superior candidate experience and hold the Recruiting team accountable for successfully hiring top talent.

Our ideal candidate has experience in both sales and recruiting (staffing or corporate), with a proven track record in high-volume recruitment, team management, and collaborating with high-level Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the corporate recruiting team to meet high-volume hiring needs
  • Collaborate with Hiring Directors to ensure their involvement throughout the recruiting process and facilitate strong relationships between Recruiters and Hiring Directors
  • Monitor Recruiters’ daily activities for compliance, ensuring 60+ activity items including 20+ dials, InMails, and Phone Screens
  • Analyze monthly KPIs to ensure goals are met, including 25+ sets/submittals, 20+ first-round interviews, 10+ final interviews, 5+ offers, and 3+ hires
  • Provide live call coaching, weekly 1:1s, and monthly team training on best practices
  • Oversee the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and pre-screening to interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Corporate Training to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every hire
  • Ensure accurate reporting in our ATS (Greenhouse) and pipeline tools
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline, hiring class activity, and source-to-hire metrics
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competition to implement effective recruiting strategies that attract top talent for corporate roles

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience (sales recruiting is a plus)
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Experience working with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Experience working with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut preferred)
  • Proven track record in a high-volume recruitment environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and implement purposeful coaching
  • High attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
