The Role
As the Regional Chief Quality Officer, your primary responsibility will be to oversee essential areas such as Quality, Risk Management, Patient Safety, Medical Staff, Credentialing, and Infection Control. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving organizational goals, improving patient/customer service, and ensuring outstanding quality and safety outcomes.

The Role
As the Regional Chief Quality Officer, your primary responsibility will be to oversee essential areas such as Quality, Risk Management, Patient Safety, Medical Staff, Credentialing, and Infection Control. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving organizational goals, improving patient/customer service, and ensuring outstanding quality and safety outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Implement quality policies, programs, and initiatives to drive continuous improvements in clinical performance and overall quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives and surpass expected outcomes.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence, employee engagement, and ongoing learning within the organization.
- Provide strategic direction to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Advocate for patient safety and quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
- RN and Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles as a CQO or Quality Director across multiple hospitals.
- CPHQ certification is a plus.
