Regional Director of Operations

ClearView is seeking a qualified Regional Director of Operations (RDO) or a Regional Vice President (RVP) to oversee 7-8 nursing centers in the central to eastern TN area. Our centers will always have the tools and resources to provide excellent care for our residents, and (it’s odd that one needs to say this nowadays) we pay our bills, and we pay them on time!

The ideal RDO candidate will:

• Be extremely focused on customer and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with a regional team.
• Drive census, maximize revenue, and actively reduce risk and waste.
  
  
  

Job Qualifications:

• Be smart and make good decisions.
• Be honest and communicate transparently with others.
• Enjoy digging into the details of every element of your operations.

Experience:

• Must have experience in either SNF operations or clinical.
  
  
  

Requirement:

• Have an active NHA license.
