As the Regional Fitness Director, you will serve as a fitness liaison between HQ, your Senior Director, and the field team, developing personal trainers and fitness managers, and overseeing sales, marketing, and retention.

What YOU Will Contribute
Responsible for recruiting and developing YouFit Fitness Managers, as well as recommending disciplinary action and terminations when needed. Recognize, inspire, and foster the development of future Fitness Managers
Effectively communicate/demonstrate all company initiatives including but not limited to policies, promotions, and procedures.
Influence, train, and develop the Fitness Manager team on all things YouFit Personal Training: the QLA, adding value to assessments, point of sale pitches, Small Group Training, etc.
Assist in supervising and overseeing all managers and locations within your district
Coach Fitness Managers on the policies, procedures, and operations of a club
Teach Fitness Managers how to create & manage a successful team through ongoing training and development
Oversee sales, marketing, and retention management. Identify corporate prospects and other avenues of business generation
Teach Fitness Managers how to empower their teams and delegate effectively. Discuss leadership philosophy and different management techniques
Motivate and create excitement amongst the team
Communicate and be in locations daily. Must be involved in staff, facility, sales, & customer issues.
Ensure that all quality standards are achieved through monthly club inspections
Visit each location regularly as agreed upon with your Senior Director
Handling escalated member complaints
Responsible for analyzing and summarizing all club’s production
Establish guidelines and tools to aid in delivering monthly goals
Hold weekly Fitness Manager calls & monthly meetings
Evaluate the appearance of the club and the staff on every visit
Adhere to and enforce YouFit policies, including uniform policy
Conduct the first Interview for Fitness Managers with the Senior Director and oversee the onboarding process
Must sit in and contribute to one Fitness Manager meeting each week.
Training and evaluating the QLA of all team members
Audit and provide coaching using the below reports to drive PT revenue, client retention, PT draft growth, and PT client frequency growth: YouCoach Daily Sales, PT Appointment Completion, Recurring Service Projection, Club Account Past Due, YC Draft Collect At Club - Employee Detail, YouCoach Change and Cancellation, YouCoach Deactivations, YC Booking at POS
Weekly audit of your club calendars to evaluate the setup for the success of your Fitness Managers
What YOU Will Bring To The Team
Experience leading personal training department in multi-unit capacity
Experience leading fitness sales in a multi-unit capacity
Valid Personal Training certification
Partner with key HQ roles including Senior Director of Fitness, VP of Revenue, VP of Team Department, and others to ensure fitness excellence at all locations
Maintain quality standards at all locations within regions. Ensure management creates and maintains a service culture at all clubs.
Communicate weekly with the field to ensure hands-on tasks are completed
Provides recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified fitness policies and procedures within areas of focus.
Achieve and evaluate YouFit’s PT budgets, both Total Personal Training Revenue and PT Recurring Draft
Implement short and long-term organizational goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitor and evaluate programs and operational effectiveness to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Travel requirement; partner with the Senior Director on travel expectations
