We're looking for an Ohio based Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple dental offices in the Ohio region. In this role, you'll ensure our teams deliver exceptional care, manage operations effectively, and drive growth.

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Building high-performing teams and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Overseeing financial performance and achieving growth targets
  • Championing patient satisfaction and clinical excellence
  • Implementing effective training programs and ensuring staff development
  • Leading strategic initiatives to achieve financial goals
  • Maintaining compliance with regulations and best practices
  • Partnering with Doctors to deliver exceptional patient experiences

You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience of dental management experience overseeing 15-20 employees over multiple locations
  • Proven ability to grow top & bottom line
  • Strong financial acumen and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in dental software, Denticon is a plus!
  • The ability to travel up to 50% - 70% is required
