Who We Are Looking For: Event Temple is hiring a full-time Regional Sales Director, based in the US. This is a remote position and you will be working from home.
We’re looking for someone who is independent, driven to win and passionate about the hospitality industry. Our ideal candidate has worked in the hotel industry and/or sold hotel technology successfully in the past. If you have existing business relationships with our key buyer personas, you will have a higher likelihood of success in the role.
What You’ll Do Day To Day: You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our Regional Sales strategy in the US including:
Researching target buyers in your territory
Prospecting into new accounts
Building a network of referral partners to gain warm introductions
Understand prospect’s key business challenges
Document customer pain points
Gain access to all key decision makers within the account
Demonstrate Event Temple to key decision makers
Create value justification analysis
Align on evaluation plan with prospects
Negotiate and close deals
Ensure we successfully deliver
A Day In The Life: No day would ever be the same, but it would be a mix of research, prospecting, building and maintaining relationships, documenting customer challenges, providing value justification, negotiation, product demonstrations and liaising with key stakeholders. This position will involve travel to meet key decision makers throughout the US region.
Critical Metrics: This position requires you to self-source 80% of your own leads, and generate 4X your OTE in closed-won revenue as a result.
