Patco is a maker of margaritas, tequila, hard seltzers, Irish cream liqueur, and other spirits under our own brands and for private labels. Our own brands and private labels, with nationwide distribution, include:

· Rancho La Gloria Ranch Water
· Big Sipz
· Kirkland Signature Tequila
· Kirkland Signature Hard Seltzers
· Dough Ball Whiskey
Patco products are sold in every major retailer including Costco, H.E.B., Kroger’s, Target, Walmart, and Whole Foods Market, just to name a few.

We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to work remotely and cover the Southeast region. This individual will be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative company and want to join a rapidly growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual looking to make an impact on our product sales and visibility in the Southeast region.
Responsibilities:
- Consistent execution of calling on new and existing accounts
- Develop pricing and profitability goals for region
- Work with distributor to ensure inventory levels maintained
- Identify new account opportunities and oversee program execution to achieve sale volumes
- Collaborate on and develop effective distributor programs reflecting brand initiatives
- Motivate distributor sales team, act as company spokesman, and inspire confidence/respect
- Conduct sales meetings and product presentations for distributor and accounts
- Work closely with strategic accounts team to develop relationships
- Manage promotion budgets and analyze quarterly orders and depletion reports
- Stay on top of competitive performance and monitor market conditions to enhance position and consumer needs
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum six plus years required of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry
- Thorough understanding of the three-tier system
- Proven success in territory sales management
- Focused and aggressive sales personality, needing minimal supervision
- Hands-on strategist with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven and self-motivated
- Organized and detail-oriented
