Regional Sales Manager - South Central - Remote | WFH

We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead our South Central Region, supporting our rapidly growing Retail Business Unit. Your Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be pivotal in driving our retail sales strategy. You will lead a team of 15-20 Field Sales Representatives and Design Consultants, focusing on sales growth and market expansion. This role offers tremendous opportunities for career advancement within our company.

Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of Field Sales Representatives and Design Consultants, ensuring they meet and exceed sales goals.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Foster relationships with National Retail accounts and Budget Blind franchises, aligning objectives and maximizing sales opportunities.

Utilize CRM tools to enhance sales force effectiveness, monitor KPIs, and drive results.

Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align regional goals with corporate objectives.

Conduct training sessions, including new hire onboarding and ongoing product knowledge sessions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business preferred.

1+ year of professional sales management experience; 2+ years of sales experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Ability to travel up to 50-60% within the region, with occasional overnight stays.

Valid Driver's License and ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
