Job Description

The Relationship Manager is responsible for the relationship between the client and RMS. They will work closely with implementations, support, product, and sales teams to maintain a positive client experience, increase revenue opportunities and ensure a positive ROI.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Build strategic relationships with clients, assuring they are fully leveraging all of RMS’ capabilities, products and services
  • Strong calling and follow-up skills with financial professionals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with business professionals
  • Ability to learn and understand our product “wins”
  • Monitor client service level agreements
  • Client Advocate as an escalation point

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in managing large projects with multi-disciplinary teams leveraging exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate concepts verbally and in written form
  • Basic proficiency in PC software: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Proficiency in internal sales/client support systems

Strong organizational and time management skills

Education/Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Occasional travel is required. All applicants are subject to drug screens and background checks per company policies.

Environmental Conditions

Indoor climate-controlled environment. Moderate to quiet noise level

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to communicate verbally and in the written form. The employee is physically required to utilize a laptop and other electronic devices effectively. The employee must lift and/or move up to 20 pounds (laptop computer, bag, and accessories). Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
