Position Overview: The Audit Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily activities of the audit team and ensuring the successful completion of audit engagements. This person will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the completion of operational, financial, and compliance audits. This position is also responsible for analyzing audit findings and making recommendations to improve internal control processes and operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop a team of auditors, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Plan and coordinate audit engagements, including developing audit scopes, objectives, and schedules.
- Assess adequacy of internal controls and operational processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide clear and concise communication of audit results to management with visibility on key areas of risk.
- Prepare and review audit reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in developing audit plans and departmental budgets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations and professional standards.
- Stay abreast of current developments in the industry and audit environment.
- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in auditing.
- 2+ years of supervisory ("In-Charge") experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently or in a team.
