Embark Behavioral Health is currently looking for experienced therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT) to join the Virtual IOP team as a part-time, remote IOP Therapist. The position offers an expected pay range of $50-$55 per hour, depending on experience. It is essential that the candidate is prepared to pursue licensure in additional states (or already has multi-state licensure), with full reimbursement provided by the company. If already licensed in three of our active states, eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus!
Minimum of 20 hours per week during group hours scheduled between 9am-7pm PST, 10am-8pm MST, 11am-9pm CST, or 12-10pm EST

Conduct intake assessments for new clients
Lead IOP group sessions
Provide individual and family therapy sessions
Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning
Qualifications
Perform intake assessments, individual and family therapy, and group therapy
Make an impact on adolescent and young adult (ages 12-28) anxiety and depression
Collaborate with colleagues who value empathy, trust, service, growth, and results
Possess unique strengths and talents that contribute to the team
Experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities is preferred.
Ability to work within a collaborative team environment alongside other care providers.
