What You'll Be Doing
Ensure engagements are properly planned, performed, supervised, reviewed, documented, and results communicated.
Establish and maintain client relationships
Oversee Staff and Seniors on each engagement, helping with issues and reviewing work
Prepare financial forecasts and assist consulting division on various projects
Train and mentor Interns, Staff, and Seniors
What You Need For This Position
3+ years experience as Senior or above
CPA required
3+ years of experience with Employee Benefit Plans required
Experience in supervising and training Staff
