  • IE’s: Expertise 1-5: 5 being an SME with the following:
    • CCNP or CCIE? CCIE are going to top of the list per John and BOA
    • Must have strong network protocol experience
    • BGP experience
    • Automation with Ansible and/or Python
    • Network Troubleshooting
    • Highly Desired skills: CVP – CloudVision Portal: This will also push them to the top.
3 different flavors (All are Network Engineers)

  • “Base IE” – Basic Router / Switch experience but must have automation experience (Ansible is preferred) – also need Arista / Aruba experience (nice to have)
  • “SD-WAN” – all of the above and experience with SD-WAN and advanced network technologies
  • IP Grooming – experience with IP management systems, migrating IP v4 to IP V6
