MentorcliQ is looking for Renewals Account Manager to be a primary point-of-contact for a portfolio of clients, driving long-term client satisfaction and retention.


The Renewal Account Manager will be responsible for bi-annual client meetings, monitoring account health, managing the renewal process for our existing client base, ensuring high renewal rates and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a track record of successfully managing client relationships.


What You’ll Do

  • Own a Book of Business with a renewal quota, serving as the primary point of contact for buyers/decision-makers
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure a seamless renewal process.
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies to maximize renewal rates and minimize churn.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, and other internal teams to address client concerns and drive successful renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and renewal status in the CRM system.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process, partner with an Account Executive as needed.
  • Prepare and present renewal proposals and contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing as needed to secure renewals.
  • Monitor and analyze renewal metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates on renewal status and progress to senior management.


Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience managing SaaS contracts and clients
  • Loves talking to and working with clients
  • Comfortable managing your own book of business and being held accountable to metrics related to renewals and opportunities
  • Experience managing 50+ accounts, primarily commercial clients
  • Proven track record of helping accounts reach initial goals, leading to renewal and expansion to other areas of value
  • Excellent communication skills: Comfortable serving as a quarterback for communication between sales, service, executive management, and key client stakeholders
  • Outstanding time and task management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities at all times
  • Strong ability to identify strategic goals and execute on plans to achieve those goals
  • Highly diligent with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in the Mentoring/Coaching, Learning and Development, or Talent Development space is a plus
