Research Assistant to support the study: “¡GANAS!: a Transformative Masculinities Intervention to Increase Social Connectedness and Reduce Stress in Latino Men”. This position will support the further development and potential implementation of a pilot study.
Essential Functions
Assist with the development and pilot testing of GANAS workshop and curriculum materials.
Assist in the development of a Community Advisory Board and Standard Operating Procedures.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED or the equivalent combination of education and work experience

Minimum 1 year of experience with intervention development strong scientific writing, and community workshop facilitation

Additional Information
This position is classified as non-exempt, grade F. Compensation for this grade ranges from $14.10 to $21.15 per hour. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
