A Reservation Specialist at Resla will manage customer inquiries and bookings, ensuring a smooth and accurate reservation process. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling modifications and cancellations, and maintaining detailed and precise reservation records.
Key Responsibilities
Take customer calls and address customer inquiries
Verify drivers license and insurance as well as entering corresponding information into the system
Processing payments and collecting security deposits
Assign vehicles to corresponding reservations and send virtual keys to customers
Monitor booking noted for customer profiles
Other duties as assigned
