Responsibilities
Oversee recruiting efforts to attract top talent
Develop and implement retention strategies
Work closely with General Managers (GMs) and Directors of Operations (DOs) in our restaurants
Assist field teams in identifying top internal employees
Develop a curriculum to fast-track top employees into leadership positions
Frequent in-state travel to support our restaurant teams
Qualifications
Must have restaurant industry experience
Strong skills in recruiting, retention, and development
Ability to work collaboratively with GMs and Directors
Willingness to travel frequently
