Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Revenue Cycle Management Specialist at Farnham Family Services. The specialist will be responsible for managing the revenue cycle process, including analyzing financial data, handling financial transactions, coordinating with insurance providers, and ensuring accurate and timely billing. While the role is primarily located in Oswego, NY, some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
Revenue Cycle Management and Analytical Skills
Experience in Finance and Accounting
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and regulations
Certification in Revenue Cycle Management or related field is a plus
Experience working in a healthcare or non-profit organization is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred
