Job Description

The Revenue Technology Specialist at Pluralsight (RTS) is responsible for various administrative and support-related tasks for tools within Pluralsight’s Revenue technology stack.

Under the direction of the Director of Revenue Tools and Technology, the RTS will work multi-functionally across different areas of the business to serve internal customers and ensure the tools they rely on are properly configured and fully supported. Tasks may include implementation and integration support, automation creation, data analysis, enhancement/release management and communications, enablement coordination, end-user support, user administration & configuration, and more.

The Revenue Tool and Technology team is new at Pluralsight and is in its early stages of development and growth. The team sits within the Delivery organization, which works across the broader Pluralsight organization to support revenue and sales operations. The Delivery organization is a group of hard-working, dedicated people who try to have fun while we work towards successful outcomes. What You’ll Do

  • Light administration and technical support of Pluralsight’s implementations of Revenue Tools (Experience in People.ai preferred)
  • Effectively use written, verbal and visual communication to facilitate technical discussion and share ideas internally and with vendors
  • In partnership with Pluralsight’s Global Revenue Enablement team and our vendors, help to define and mentor on standard methodologies for tool usage among various teams, encouraging a culture of quality and helping to ensure value realization is achieved from our technology investments
  • Help conduct tool analyses that support and enable data-driven decision making

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Experience with or exposure to People.ai and Salesloft
  • Solid Experience with Sales Operations/Revenue technology and related sales processes

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; a Bachelor’s degree, or an advanced degree without experience.
  • Solid background in project management
  • Strong organization and problem solving skills
  • Verifiable history of self-directed and accountable behavior

Travel Requirements

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. Learn new tasks, remember processes, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a workflow.
