What You'll Do
Review and process auto-created accounts with precision.
Proactively communicate with customers to collect necessary items for policy funding.
Verify relationships between agents, general agents, and insurance companies.
Implement necessary account changes as required.
Build and maintain strong business relationships through exceptional service.
Enter approved premium finance agreements into PBS.
Ensure timely funding of policies by reviewing disbursement holding reports daily.
Provide management with updated statuses of premium finance agreements and unfunded policies.
What You Need To Know Before Applying
Schedule: Initially Monday - Friday, 6:30AM - 3PM PST for training, transitioning to 8:30AM - 5PM PST.
Employment: This is a full-time remote position for employees.
Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour.
Location: Candidates must reside within the US and be comfortable working Pacific hours.
Equipment such as two monitors, webcam, and headset are preferred but can be provided if needed.
What We're Looking For In a Candidate
Education: A college degree is preferred.
Experience/Knowledge: 0-1 years of experience in premium finance or property and casualty insurance is beneficial.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote work experience. Basic troubleshooting skills are required.
