Deutsche Bank launched its US intermediate holding company, DBUSA Corporation, on July 1st, 2016, under which most of its US-based material operations were consolidated. This role will be supporting execution of the Risk & Control Assessment & Scenario Analysis activities across US based activities and more broadly within Deutsche Bank.

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York is $70,000 to $102,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.

This role will be supporting execution of the Risk & Control Assessment & Scenario Analysis activities across US based activities and more broadly within Deutsche Bank.

- Contribute to the delivery of a consistent, integrated Risk & Control Assessment and Scenario framework to enable the organization to understand their risk exposure and inform business decision making, on a dynamic basis
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the 3 lines of defense (across all business divisions and infrastructure functions) ensuring feedback is considered throughout the implementation and embedding of non-financial risk processes
- Provide input into the design and enhancement of existing processes which are leveraged to provide an understanding of the Bank’s risk exposure
- Maintain knowledge of current and emerging industry trends and standards, risk management practices, legal and changes in the regulatory and operating environment
- Support the development of Non Financial Risk (NFR) systems and data infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally Business Administration, Finance, Data Science)
- Good understanding of finance industry, investment products
- Understanding of risk management principles, experience in risk management
- Proficient in MS Excel, Tableau and or other reporting / visualization tools
- Analytical thinking, relationship builder, attention to detail
- Experience in regulatory frameworks is a plus
