RN Educator - $110,000-$150,000/yr
We are seeking a RN Educator to develop educational programs for Clinical Teams within Home Health and Hospice, offering a competitive salary of $110k to $150K per year. This role involves creating an annual plan for all aspects of professional development for clinical teams and partnering with colleagues and key stakeholders to optimize the continuum of services and care. Guided by the quadruple AIM, the focus is on providing optimal care and experience for seniors and their families, applying a population health focus in a cost-conscious way, and recognizing employee engagement as a key driver toward excellence.
Candidates must have an active MA RN license and a minimum of 2 years of Home Care experience. The ability to make MS presentations, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Medicare Home Health regulations are essential. Acute care experience and clinical staff education experience are required, and familiarity with Meditech or Epic systems is beneficial. A Master's in Public Health is a plus.
