What To Expect Tesla is seeking a Roadside Support Specialist to join our team and work with one of the most innovative vehicle brands globally. We are in search of dynamic individuals who thrive in client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to navigate urgent situations with precision and efficiency.
As apart of the Roadside Team, your role is crucial in delivering an exceptional experience by building strong relationships with roadside assistance professionals and collaborating with internal departments. Ideal candidates will bring experience in emergency dispatching, roadside support, or other high-level customer service roles. The ability to excel in a high-energy team environment and manage multiple events simultaneously is essential. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness.
This location operates 24/7 and requires open availability and the ability to work weekends.
Training starts July 8th
What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional verbal and written customer support
Efficiently coordinate towing services, both in urgent and non-urgent situations
Assess customer needs and proactively resolve roadside
Determine the optimal course of action for various roadside events
Effectively communicate owners' concerns to the towing provider network, service center staff, and other relevant parties for issue resolution
Accurately record issues and data into CRM/Vehicle Support Systems
What You'll Bring
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with evidence of exceptional ability
Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively prioritize workload while consistently meeting deadlines
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail
Flexible schedule; this team runs 24/7/365 to accommodate our customers’ needs
Roadside dispatching or emergency call response experience is preferred
Proficient with MS Windows, Office, Outlook, and ability to effectively navigate web browsers and multiple internal systems
Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to towing and service of vehicle systems
