• Collaborate with the sales team to create competitive and accurate roofing project bids and proposals
• Manage and coordinate the roofing team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
• Oversee inventory and supplies, optimizing efficiency and reducing waste
• Liaise with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the roofing process
• Implement best practices and innovative techniques to improve roofing processes and performance
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the roofing industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
• Extensive knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the roofing team effectively
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure
• Organizational skills to manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously
