General Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conducting general inspections/scope of work for potential repairs/replacements
Identify, locate, document and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues
Make emergency repairs when and as needed to satisfy customer needs
Provide a complete scope of work to be performed for additional repairs needed
Install service & perform approved repairs as requested
Interact and work well with owners, customers, co-workers, managers, and inter-office personnel, etc
Must be adaptable to constantly changing environments and work places
Complete required daily paperwork, such as on-line service documents, time sheets, etc
Must be available to travel
There may be additional duties and responsibilities required
Requirements
Experienced on commercial roof systems as described above
Physically capable of handling all aspects of roofing repairs
Maintain all OSHA and other industry standards for safety and compliance
Good computer skills
Excellent communicator, both oral and written
Ideal candidate would have single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, built-up, roof related sheet metal and standing-seam/metal-panel roofing systems experience
Able to work in various weather conditions
Able to lift 50lbs / Climb ladders
Physically demanding job
Hold and maintain a valid Driver's License
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
