We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant with a strong emphasis on attention to detail, who enjoys collaborating with a team, and will provide a superior level of customer service. Must be self-driven with a positiveattitude. This in-office position will work directly with our internal B2B Sales Team to support and assist in all aspects of office administration and customer service, while taking the lead role in managing and maintaining various customer sales support functions. This addition to our small Sales Team should share our strong work ethic and level of self-motivation to help with the variety of tasks in the department.
Compensation: $50,000 annually
Hours: 7:30-4:30 pm in office
Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
Manage, maintain, and process all EDI customer processes, orders and requirements through internal ERP and third-party integrations.
Assist & support Sales Representatives with strong internal communication, research, reporting and documentation as requested.
General order entry, backorder review, order reconciliation, reporting & return authorization processing for domestic and international accounts.
Process and review new account inquiries, applications through to account setup.
Receive and prepare customer correspondence via email and phone calls.
Assist in maintaining and processing documents, contracts, and orders for Collector/Premier and Exclusive programs.
Assist in review and communication regarding vendor agreements, government documents and general account contracts.
Assist in Maintaining, and Reporting on MAP (Manufacturer’s Allowed Advertised Pricing Policy) and Authorized Reseller Policy.
Oversee and manage occasional special projects as needed: annual price sheets, special mailings, etc.
Maintain catalog and product data spreadsheets specific to customer and/or project needs.
Take meeting minutes, prepare communications, and work as liaison with other departments.
Provide backup to other assistants and sales team members as needed.
Daily monitoring of multiple email accounts, assist with reception phone coverage.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous Administrative/Clerical Support/Customer Service experience.
Advance skills in Microsoft Office.
Smartsheet experience is a plus.
NetSuite experience is a plus.
Excellent critical thinking skills with high diligence.
Ability to manage multiple projects in addition to daily responsibilities.
Ability to work effectively with multiple seniority levels and personalities.
Professional presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knife knowledge is a plus.
