Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate with a strong background in selling contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer-facing skills and be capable of managing the entire sales cycle independently. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Cycle Management: Independently manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. This includes prospecting, qualifying leads, facilitating product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Amazon Connect Solutions: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of selling Contact Centre solutions to present and sell Amazon Connect solutions that meet client requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, product development, and marketing, to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
Qualifications
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in sales, with a focus on contact center solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
