Responsibilities - Sales Associate:
Help customers select and purchase a vehicle, prospect for new customers, and more. Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude to work every day.
Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
Follow proven steps to close deals
Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Prospect for new customers
Build and maintain a book of business
Provide exceptional customer service every day
Meet dealership sales goals
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications - Sales Associate:
An energetic and goal-oriented self-starter with good sales, customer service, communication and computer skills
Auto sales experience is a plus
A positive attitude and professional appearance
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and good driving record
