- Conduct strategic outbound cold calls across the nation, utilizing two three-hour call blocks
- Dedicate 4-5 hours daily to secure introductory appointments for the Director of Business Development
- Utilize the Orum High-Speed Dialer for efficient outreach to small-medium businesses nationwide
- Set and exceed goal of 3-6 introductory appointments attended each week
- Proactively target and prospect new owner-operated businesses for Salesforce upload
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records, ensuring data validation for precision
- Paid in-depth training led by the Director of Business Development
- Promotion to Business Developer role based on your demonstrated achievements in the first 6 months
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to articulate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
