If you enjoy helping local businesses grow and expand, we offer paid training and uncapped residual commissions. First-year Sales Development Representatives on average earn $65,000-$85,000. This is base pay plus commission! Sales Development Representatives can receive promotions within 6-12 months to a Business Development role.

Our Sales Developers are the engine behind our extreme growth. Sales Developers will…

• Conduct strategic outbound cold calls across the nation, utilizing two three-hour call blocks
• Dedicate 4-5 hours daily to secure introductory appointments for the Director of Business Development
• Utilize the Orum High-Speed Dialer for efficient outreach to small-medium businesses nationwide
• Set and exceed goal of 3-6 introductory appointments attended each week
• Proactively target and prospect new owner-operated businesses for Salesforce upload
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records, ensuring data validation for precision

• Paid in-depth training led by the Director of Business Development
• Promotion to Business Developer role based on your demonstrated achievements in the first 6 months
  
  

Requirements…

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to articulate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
