Sales Director

Consult are exclusively partnered with a high-growth manufacturer of animal feed who are searching for a strategic Sales Director to continue expanding their Livestock unit. Our client are dedicated to manufacturing quality feed to farms and producers across the US with plans to expand internationally in the near future.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies: Tailor sales initiatives to meet the specific needs of farms and animal producers, ensuring alignment with industry trends and customer demands.
• Lead a national sales team: Mentor and manage a team of sales professionals to maximize performance, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to succeed.
• Expand market share: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with farms, ranches, and large-scale animal producers to drive revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key customers, including farmers, animal nutritionists, and feed distributors.
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure our offerings meet the evolving needs of the market and deliver a seamless customer experience.
