We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, energetic field Sales Engineer based in Northern California. The core function of this position is to interact with customers throughout the United States selling our highly engineered, custom built, food processing systems.
We are growing rapidly and welcome applicants with direct or indirect experience in sales to apply! As a Sales Engineer, you will be leading a cross-functional sales-oriented role. You will use your technical aptitude and problem-solving skills and play an essential role in our pursuit to provide the best solutions to our customers.
Some of the responsibilities of our Sales Engineer:

Salary DOE: $115,500 to $139,000 depending on experience level

Some of the responsibilities of our Sales Engineer:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the territory
- Identify and prospect new customer targets
- Drive the sales process, coordinating all aspects of internal activities with the customer, including discovery, product testing, project development, quoting, and negotiation
- Communicate all sales activities to management through regular updating of CRM system
- Travel (50-75%) to customer locations to engage customers on potential projects
- Experience with B2B field sales of industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Food processing industry experience preferred
- Ability to sell complex systems as well as single machines
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or food science.
- Must have the appetite to understand complex systems and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Salesforce experience is a plus
