Position Summary

Image Solutions is hiring a Sales Operations Business Analyst to join our Sales & Services team. This role will focus on building & implementing processes to identify and drive revenue growth opportunities within our existing accounts. This position requires a results-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, who can leverage data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. We are looking for someone highly skilled in HubSpot or similar CRM reporting tool, dashboard creation, process improvement, and complex reporting.

This is a critical role that will support the long-term strategy of the organization.

The Sales Operations Business Analyst will report directly to the Director of Sales & Services. This is a hybrid position, at least 2 days per week in our Torrance, CA or Cincinnati, OH location.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in existing accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales & Services team to develop strategies for revenue growth and account expansion; communicate findings and data-driven recommendations in an actionable way
  • Build and implement sales performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to generate impact data, monitor progress, and drive accountability
  • Conduct competitive market research and analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key initiatives to Sales leadership
  • Assist in the development and optimization of sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support the Sales & Services team with ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests
  • Provide day-to-day support for sales process and report generation
  • Ongoing development and management of sales and revenue reporting with actionable recommendations
  • Managing proposal and contract accuracy to enhance forecasting
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new Sales & Services team members
  • Support the Sales Operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans
  • Manage projects from start to finish including progress updates, post-project training, documentation, and change management
  • Develop and implement training, contents, processes, practices, and tools needed to support Account Managers with growing accounts
  • Apply analysis to reporting to tell the story behind the numbers – see the big picture
  • Coordinate with various internal teams involved in growing accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in sales operations, business analysis, or related role
  • Proven experience building Sales Analysis processes
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems – HubSpot highly preferred
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools including Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Time Management; prioritize tasks based on urgency to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Technology proficiency; ability to learn and adapt to new technologies; NetSuite and Power BI Experience a plus
  • Poised and professional, assertive, positive attitude, and a humble, hungry, and people smart team player
