Our client uses a variety of Salesforce instances consisting of different Salesforce solutions. Technical Lead is responsible for the design and implementation of Marketing Cloud solutions taking into account the right balance between declarative vs programmatic development as well as the Salesforce coding limits and best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions on Salesforce Marketing cloud
- Understand the requirement of a functional specification or user story, ensure it’s completeness for the next steps
- Document technical solution design
- Adhere to the release and Change process
- Has an executional role in design and development projects and provides overall project guidance and planning support.
Key knowledge areas
- 7-10 years of Salesforce development experience of which 3+ years in Marketing Cloud implementations.
- Experience in AMPScript and building custom HTML pages and ES6 JavaScript.
- Experience in designing customer journeys including flow controls and other journey parameters.
- Experience in custom dynamic content blocks using complex business rules and AMPScript in Content Builder.
- Expertise in configuring Mobile App in Mobile Studio and configure push messages.
- Expertise in B2B Marketing Analytics, Interaction Studio/ Social Studio/ Advertising Studio
