We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and our internal team to drive project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management:
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
    • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure project alignment with business objectives
    • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitoring progress and providing guidance as needed
    • Conduct regular team meetings to track project status and address any issues or concerns
  • Client Communication and Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on project status
    • Manage client expectations, addressing any changes or challenges promptly and effectively
    • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
  • Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
    • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet client requirements and industry standards
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed
    • Conduct project reviews and retrospectives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
    • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and any issues requiring attention
    • Ensure all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant parties

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce implementations
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex Salesforce projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
