Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP Specialist to support supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems, supply chain management, and a passion for the beauty industry. As an SAP Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our SAP processes, ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain operations, and providing technical support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize SAP modules related to supply chain operations, including MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and WM (Warehouse Management).
• Configure and customize SAP systems to meet the specific needs of our supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on SAP systems and processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP system issues to ensure minimal disruption to supply chain operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in the integration of new technologies and systems with SAP to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Participate in SAP projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP trends and technologies to keep our systems current and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Specialist or similar role, with a focus on supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules, including MM, SD, and WM.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry is a plus.
