Compensation: $65-75/hr (conversion up to $100k/yr Base + Bonus + Stock Options + Benefits)

Responsibilities
Work with offshore team to ensure timely and coordinated handoff of work and projects to ensure timelines are met.
Estimate effort required for requested enhancements of the ECC, CRM, and SM environments.
Work with Client Security Lead, On-Site Client Auditors, and External Auditors to ensure the NewPage environment provides the required information, rule sets, and integration to SAP to ensure SOX security requirements can be tested and remediated.
Identify areas for improvements in processes and system utilization.
Drive/lead implementation of such efforts to allow better team utilization and client visibility to work efforts.
Assess urgency of break-fix issues and requests.
Responsible for Tier 2 & 3 Basis Administration support.
Responsible for meeting SLAs.
Participate in the on-call and maintenance window rotation.
Use skill set to design, build, and test effective solutions to application and/or process defects.
Work effectively across both technical and functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve tickets.
Develop other team member's skills, mentoring them to become better SAP architects and better client consultant.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
3+ years of support of SAP Java based application; Enterprise SAP, BW, APO, or other SAP applications.
Installation / Configuration of SAP ECC/CRM instance.
Implementation and administration of SAP business packages.
Performance tuning of SAP systems.
3+ years of RDBMS management.
3+ years of Operating System / knowledge of system commands and structures.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding and experience in back-up, recovery.
Experience supporting interfaces.
Understanding of BW, R/3 and CRM integration
Oracle database experience.
SAP Portal, CRM Mobile, SLD, BW, XI/PI, BPC.
