SAP Data Analyst (Typist) - Remote

Position Summary

As a SAP Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the SAP Material Management Module, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing costs, supporting financial accounting and reporting, implementing pricing strategies, and facilitating the execution of key operational tasks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our sourcing department and collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct data entry and management tasks, with a focus on SAP systems (experience with SAP preferred)

Collaborate effectively within a team environment and independently when necessary

Communicate clearly and professionally, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Maintain meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines

Utilize Microsoft Office suites, particularly Excel, proficiently to analyze and process data

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in materials management is advantageous

Strong Proficiency In Excel And Other Relevant Computer Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure

Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy

Work Environment

This position offers flexibility, with the possibility of remote work and a preference for a hybrid arrangement (one day per week in-office). You will be an integral part of our sourcing department, working closely with a team of five individuals led by a Senior Manager who reports to a Director. The team focuses on procurement and vendor management for a diverse range of supplies, contributing to the success of our operations.
