SBA Loan Closer - Remote | WFH

Company Overview

A leading regional financial institution, dedicated to providing exceptional financial solutions with over $3 billion in assets, is expanding its SBA team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation for processing loan requests.
  • Review and approve title commitments, surveys, insurance, and other necessary documents.
  • Coordinate with third-party inspectors on construction loans.
  • Prepare SBA packaging forms efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service by liaising with customers, attorneys, title companies, and lenders.
  • Submit loans to SBA for approval and prepare SBA Loan Authorizations.
  • Schedule and coordinate loan closings, ensuring compliance with bank policies, regulations, and SBA procedures.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in SBA 7(a) closing.
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in CRE closing.
  • Current knowledge of SBA SOP's (Small Business Administration Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or equivalent experience preferred.
