A leading regional financial institution, dedicated to providing exceptional financial solutions with over $3 billion in assets, is expanding its SBA team.
Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation for processing loan requests.
Review and approve title commitments, surveys, insurance, and other necessary documents.
Coordinate with third-party inspectors on construction loans.
Prepare SBA packaging forms efficiently and accurately.
Provide excellent customer service by liaising with customers, attorneys, title companies, and lenders.
Submit loans to SBA for approval and prepare SBA Loan Authorizations.
Schedule and coordinate loan closings, ensuring compliance with bank policies, regulations, and SBA procedures.
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in SBA 7(a) closing.
Preferably 3 years of experience in CRE closing.
Current knowledge of SBA SOP's (Small Business Administration Standard Operating Procedures).
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or equivalent experience preferred.
