What is the role? 

You will be responsible for selling technology solutions to manufacturers, distributors, and logistics companies as they seek to achieve their efficiency and cost-saving goals in the face of increasingly complex supply chains. You will also work closely with the CEO to develop a sales plan for your accounts and be the quarterback of execution of the plan. Ultimately your success will be measured by the success of your customers and prospects and achieving your annual quota.


What will you do?

  • Hunt to win new client logos by deploying a consultative approach to diagnosing customer goals and challenges and mapping those to our solutions.
  • Farm existing customers to win upsells, cross-sells, and renewals in partnership with the CEO and our technical team.
  • Qualify leads and own the sales cycle through contracting. 
  • Build and execute account and deal-level plans to navigate a complex sales cycle, requiring you to understand the decision process and win champions at both the user and executive level (Director of Inventory Management, Operations, Plant Managers, Materials Managers, Materials Engineers, COOs).
  • Share your unique perspective in service of making our team better.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in our CRM software.
  • Achieve an annual quota of $1M ARR (software), plus $1.5M in 1x revenue (hardware or services).  
  • Travel approximately 10% of the time.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of field sales experience in selling 6 figure enterprise technology products (hardware, software and services).
  • Track record of hitting or beating quota.
  • Manufacturing, distribution, or logistics industry experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

The OTE range is $200K-$260K depending on experience, with a 50/50 pay structure.
