THE ROLE:

As a Senior Account Executive at MMC, you will serve as a brand business leader that is part of a strategic and collaborative integrated team that delivers creative and cutting-edge programs for our healthcare clients. This position plays a key role in overall account management, client relations, campaign development and execution, and works closely to oversee and mentor junior staff.


In this opportunity, your experience with program delivery will drive integrated health campaign development and execution for a global biopharmaceutical co-promoted product in the Inflammation & Immunology therapeutic area. This opportunity provides a very wide range of experiences and touches nearly all facets of healthcare communications, including celebrity, influencer engagement, partnerships, media relations, data/regulatory milestones, digital oversight, creative execution, project management, strategic ideation, client leadership and much more.


YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Participate in the development of consumer health campaign ideation, development and execution
  • Work with team leaders and integrated team to ensure that client goals are clearly set and met for each program element
  • Serve as key contact for the clients on multiple projects
  • Actively participate in client meetings and calls
  • Develop client agendas and emails, campaign materials (unbranded and branded), material development/support for data and regulatory milestones
  • Facilitate materials review process for pharmaceutical regulatory/legal/medical review and work with broader team on implementing precedence and best practices
  • Maintain project timelines and ensures deadlines are met
  • Track program finances and alert supervisor to potential difficulties
  • Continually seek to evolve your knowledge of your specialty, client’s business and competitors, vertical industry, media landscape, and emerging trends in consumer behavior


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2-4 years of experience in communications, marketing or a related field
  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing and communications
  • Understanding of FDA rules and regulations
  • Strong experience/interest in consumer campaigns for healthcare clients
  • Proven success at the SAE level or equivalent required
  • Supervisory experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field

The anticipated salary range for this position is ($60,000 – $90,000). Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
